CPR Camera is an anthropomorphic sculpture/device using camera accessories and CPR mannequins as materials. The work forces another way of taking a picture. What was behind the camera is now at the center stage. I use multiple air bulb shutter-releasers, tripods, and CPR kits, to imply the need of a number of participants to take a picture. The work equates two devices, the camera mechanism and CPR kits, using the similarity of their material and mechanism, while it emphasizes the polarizing gap between image making and saving a life.
